石化管道弯头内壁冲蚀规律的流动仿真预测研究

【摘要】 基于腐蚀与力学耦合作用的冲蚀失效机理,针对弯头进行了CFD建模与仿真,分析并获得了弯头内壁的速度、切应力和压应力等的分布规律。重点研究了平均流速、流动方向、曲率半径和管道直径等对冲蚀的影响。指出多相流弯头的冲蚀预测首先要根据相态分布和介质的汽化特性来确定腐蚀机理,并结合压应力和切应力分布进行定量分析。其次,理论分析、CFD模拟和试验研究相结合是实现冲蚀预测的关键技术。本文的研究方法和结论可应用于指导管道系统的闭环安全管理。
【Abstract】 Based on the coupling failure mechanism of mechanics and corrosion, the distribution law of velocity, shear stress and pressure stress near the inside wall of the elbows were simulated. The focus of the study lay in the relationship between the erosion and the average velocity, flow direction, the curvature of the elbow and so on. It is proposed that the quantitative prediction of the multiphase flow corrosion to the elbows should be based on the phase state, the pervaporation characteristic of the medium and the distribution law of shear stress and pressure stress. The integration of theoretical analysis, CFD simulation and experiment is the key technology of the corrosion prediction. The method and results presented in the paper can be used in instructing the closed - loop security management of pipe system.
