钢丝缠绕增强塑料复合管力学性能的试验研究

【摘要】 钢丝缠绕增强塑料复合管是一种性能优良的新型钢塑复合管,本文对其短期爆破压力、应变、临界失稳压力和不同温度下的失效形式等进行了系统的试验研究。结果表明,与相同规格尺寸的PE管相比,其短期爆破压力、环向刚度和临界失稳压力分别提高了129%、19%和57%;在内压作用下这种复合管有韧性破坏和过度变形两种失效模式,温度低于45℃时为韧性破坏,温度高于 45℃时为过度变形;在相同压力下仅受径向内压作用时这种复合管的径向膨胀率明显高于径向轴向同时受力时的径向膨胀率。
【Abstract】 Polythene (PE) pipe reinforced by cross -winding steel wire (PSP) is a new type of plastic -matrix steel composite pipes, which has excellent performance. Its short -time burst pressure, strain, critical buckling pressure and failure mode under various temperatures were investigated. Experimental results show that PSP has an increase of short - time burst pressure at room temperature up to 129% , ring stiffness up to 19% , and critical buckling pressure up to 57% in comparison with comparable PE pipe. Failure modes of PSP subjected to internal pressure under various temperatures are found to be ductile burst and excessive deformation, and their transition temperature is about 45℃. Moreover, at the same pressure, radial expansion rate of PSP only borne radial force is much larger than that of PSP borne both radial and axial force.
