【摘要】 介绍了国内压力管道与国内外大型储罐的法规标准与安全检测技术现状。在压力管道方面,重点介绍了作为特种设备八大类产品之一的压力管道安全状况、法规标准与安全检测技术现状,提出了我国压力管道宜采用的安全管理体系与安全法规标准制修订措施,并提出应加强压力管道安全检测技术及其应用的研究,特别是埋地管道的检验技术研究等,同时,在进行埋地管道检验时,应加强对检验结果的安全性评定。在大型储罐方面,介绍了在用大型储油罐检测采用的法规标准和检测技术要求,并重点对油罐底板腐蚀状态声发射检测技术和漏磁检测技术的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The safety state, regulations and codes inspection techniques for pressure pipeline and storage tank implementing in China are reviewed. The research and application on new inspection techniques for pressure pipeline, especially for buried steel pipeline, should be strengthened in order to keep the pipeline safety operation. In addition, the safety assessment of pipelines should be used to decide the perilous point, which should be paid more attention. It is stressed of the character of AE and MFL inspection technology that are used to detect corrosion condition of floor plate for storage tank. Moreover, the management way and supervision codes and standards for pressure pipeline and storage tank being adopted in China have been pointed out.更多还原
