高速钢激光强化的研究
Investigation of high speed steel by laser hardening

【摘要】 本文提出了激光强化时的场图分布特性和主要参数。用多因素试验分析得到了激光强化的最佳参数。车刀激光强化的切削性能试验表明。刀具的寿命可大大提高。
【Abstract】 In this paper a characteristics of field pattern distribution bylaser hardening and the important parameters are presented.Through analysis on multi factor tests the optimum parameters are determined.Test of out performance with turning tool by laser haraening have pro(?)ed that the tool life can be higher increased.
