【摘要】 本研究测定了1岁时皖系长毛兔产毛量和血浆中碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的活性。结果表明,皖系长毛兔1岁时血浆碱性磷酸酶活性与产毛量之间呈显著的正相关(P＜0．05)。血浆中谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性与产毛量之间的相关均不显著(P＞0．05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The acitivites of plasma alkaline phosphatase(AKP),glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT)and wool yield were studied in 1-year-old Wan line Angora rabbits.The results showed that there was significant positive correlation coefficient between activity of plasma alkaline phosphatase and wool yield(P＜0.05).There were no significant correlation coefficient between activities of plasma glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and wool yield(P＞0.05).更多还原
