【摘要】 (目的)为了研究鲁禽3号麻鸡的蛋白质的需要,（方法）选用1日龄健康雏鸡1080只, 公母各半,按营养水平随机分成9个处理组,每组三个重复,每个重复公母鸡各20只,共120只。分为一期（0-5周龄）、二期（6-10周龄）、二期（11-13周）三个试验期,利用 SPSS 软件对试验结果进行差异性分析,利用 excel 表回归分析,（结果）试验结果表明,该配套系的蛋白需要量不同生长期有差异, 一期（0-5周龄）、二期（6-10周龄）和二期（11-13周龄）日粮的粗蛋白质最适宜水平分别为20%、17．5% 和16%。（结论）蛋白质需要量（CPI）可按下式估算：一期（0-5周龄）：CPI=0．3903ΔW+0．207W^0．75；二期（6-10周龄）：CPI=0．4320ΔW+0．237W^0．75；三期（11-13周龄）：CPI=0．9427ΔW+0．057W^0．75。更多还原

【Abstract】 (Objective [0])In order to study the energy requirement of the type Ⅲ of Luqin quality broiler,（Method）1080 one-day old broilers were divided into 9 groups by nutrient level.There were 60 male and 60 female broilers in every group.The study was divided into three periods,the 1st one was first five weeks,the 2nd one was the second five weeks,and the 3rd one was the last 3 weeks.The difference analysis was taken to the result by SPSS. （Conclusion）The result indicated that the CP intake （CPI） can be calculated as follow: In the 1st period:CPI=0.3903ΔW+0.207W^0.75 （r=0.8047,p＜0.05）; In the 2nd period:CPI=0.4320ΔW+0.237W^0.75 （r=0.8446,p＜0.05） In the 3rd period:CPI=0.9427ΔW+0.057W^0.75 （r=0.9279,p＜0.05）.更多还原
