饲料中不同钼铜水平对肉牛含铜酶活性影响的研究

【摘要】 本研究选用年龄一致,体重相近(340±10mg/kg)的三头未去势公牛作为试验动物。试验分为低钼、高钼两期,每期均采用3×3拉丁方设计,每期内铜的水平分为10mg/kg,25mg/kg,50mg/kg 三个水平。颈静脉采血测定血清铜蓝蛋白(Ceruloplasmin,CP)和血浆中过氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)的活性。试验结果证明:在同一钼水平下,随铜水平的增加,牛体内 SOD 活性和血清 CP 的活性是逐渐增加的。低钼组两种酶的活性普遍高于高钼组。经回归分析知, 高钼水平下,日粮铜与血清铜蓝蛋白的回归关系为:Y=1/[(5.8E-002)+(-0.243)X](R=0.987);低钼水平下,日粮铜与血清铜蓝蛋白的回归关系为:Y=1/(-0.207+0.287e-x)(R=0.994)。

【Abstract】 this experiment the tested cattle were three uncastrated bulls with similar age and weight. Three factors Latin-square design was used in this experiment was divided into three period was divided into three stages.In first period,concentration of Mo was 0.255mg/kg and that was 5.255mg/kg in the second one.The concentration of Copper was 10mg/kg and 25mg/kg and 50mg/kg in this experiment.The blood sample which used to test the activity of Ceruloplasmin(CP)and Superoxide dismutase(SOD)was taken from vein.The result as follow:Under the identical concentration of Mo,the activity of CP and SOD increased with increase of copper in diet.This change was not evident under low Mo.But the activity of CP and SOD was the least when 10mg/kg copper was added with high Mo.Under identical concentration of copper,The activity of the two enzymes in low Mo group is higher than that in the high Mo group.
