【摘要】 本文通过对质量控制图与神经网络模式识别作比较研究,阐述了神经网络方法运用到质量过程控制中的优越性和可行性,并通过实例说明了如何在实际的过程控制中运用神经网络模式识别。同时也研究了神经网络模式识别的现状和问题。针对这些现状,本文提出了一些研究思路和方案,希望能够将其从理论研究阶段推进到实用阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 We do a comparison study between quality control charts and neural networks pattern recognition in this paper. According to that, we describe the superiority and feasibility of this new approach for automated quality control using neural networks models. After that, we give an example to describe how to use pattern recognition in practical process control. We also study the actual condition and problems of this new approach. In order to solve the problems, we give some possible thinking strategies and schemes, in the hope that it can be propelled from theory study to practical use.更多还原
