水泥原料矿山开采调度系统的混合智能优化与实践

【摘要】 水泥原料矿山开采调度系统主要解决不同平台开采的穿孔爆破技术经济参数优化问题。由于不同平台的开采参数与矿山生产成本存在着复杂的非线性关系,本文运用自适应模糊推理系统方法构造了水泥原料矿山开采调度系统模型,用并行遗传算法解决了约束条件下的复杂矿山开采调度系统模型的优化问题, 并以雪峰水泥原料矿山为例建立了开采调度系统的智能优化模型,求出了适合该矿山的最优开采技术经济参数。这不仅降低了开采成本,而且为生产调度系统的在线优化问题提供了新的思路,同时也为穿孔爆破参数的优化提供了理论创新,对矿山生产系统走向自动化、信息化、智能化、集约化提供了重要的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Mining scheduling system model of cement material quarry is mainly to solve drilling - blasting technical economic parameters of different platforms. Because of mining parameter of each platform and quarry production cost being complicated and non - line function relation, this paper has constructed mining scheduling system model of cement material quarry with adaptive network - based fuzzy inference system, and solved optimization problem of complicated quarry mining scheduling system model with restriction by parallel genetic algorithms, for example, it is set up intelligent optimization model of mining scheduling system, and get the most optimal mining technical economic parameter adapt to the quarry.It is not only to reduce mining cost, but also provide new ideal for on- line optimization problem of mining scheduling system, in the meantime, it provides theory innovation for optimizing drilling - blasting parameter.It provides importance reference value that is going to automatization, information, intelligent and aggregated for quarry production system.
