【摘要】 目的探讨关节镜下缝线固定技术治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折的临床效果。方法自 2005年10月～2006年10月,对13例胫骨髁间隆突骨折患者进行关节镜下复位,使用不可吸收缝线固定,术后早期功能锻炼,采用 Lysholm 及 Tegner 评分标准进行评估。结果 13例患者获6～18个月随访(平均11个月),术后3个月所有胫骨髁间隆突骨折均愈合,术后6个月 Lysholm 评分为(93．6±5．8)分,Tegner 评分为(6．3±1．0)分。结论关节镜下缝线固定治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折手术创伤小,操作方便,固定可靠,术后康复快,并发症少,可同时诊断并治疗合并的膝关节损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce the arthroscopic technique of suture fixation for tibial emi- nence fracture,and to report the clinical results.Methods:From October 2005 to October 2006,13 patients with tibial eminence fracture were treated with arthroscopy of suture fixation technique.Ag- gressive rehabilitation were done early after operation.The patients were followed up and evaluaed according to Lyscholm and Tegner rating scale.Results:13 patients were followed up range from 6 to 18 months(mean 11 months).Fractures were united within three months after operation in all cases. The Lyscholm knee score were 93.6±5.8 in average 6 months postoperatively.And the Tegner score were 6.3±1.0 in average 6 months postoperatively.Conclusion:Arthroscopic treatment of tibial emi- nence fracture with suture fixation technique is reliable for the fixation and easy to operate.Because of the operation’s less invasion,the patients’ postoperative rehabilitation is rapid and there is less com- plication.Arthroscopy can also assists in diagnose and treatment of associated knee pathology.更多还原
