【摘要】 目的探讨纤维支气管镜在临床应用中的一些体会。方法采用咽喉喷雾器接氧气流喷雾麻醉应用于纤维支气管镜检查;纤维支气管镜镜体末端加小气囊应用于纤维支气管镜下肺叶灌洗,治疗尘肺和大叶性肺炎;带气囊引导管应用于纤维支气管镜替代胸腔镜胸腔检查术。结果咽喉喷雾器接氧气流喷雾麻醉与经环甲膜穿刺法麻醉效果相当;肺叶灌洗治疗尘肺和大叶性肺炎效果良好;经改良后的纤维支气管镜代胸腔镜胸腔检查术操作简便,安全实用。结论以上的几种方法拓宽了纤维支气管镜在临床中的应用,使纤维支气管镜检查操作简便、安全实用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [ Objective] To explore branchofiberoscope realize at the some in the clinical application. [Methods] The adoption throat spray can connects the oxygen flows to spray fog anaesthesia is applied in branchofiberoscope check; The branchofiberoscope end adds the small air sac applies to wash lobe of lung in branchofiberoscope , curing the pneumoconidses and big leafs pneumonitis; the clinic use of ball collier in brancliofiberoscope desipt of thoracoscope examination. [ Results] The fauces air atomizer meet oxygen spray local anaesthesia effect correspond with membrant pass circothyroid membrant puncture , lobo of lung lavagl cure curing the pneumoconioses and big leaf’ s pneumonitis effect better. Branchofiberoscope desipt of thoracoscope examiuation by amended operate easy , safety and practicality. [ Conclusion] Safety hereinabove some way expand branchofiberoscope at clinic application, send branchofiberoscope examine operate easy , safety and practicality.更多还原
