【摘要】 目的控讨子宫内膜电切术(TCRE)对患者卵巢功能及骨密度的影响。方法选择子宫内膜电切术后3个月后无月经的52例患者作为研究组,并与同期未行TCRE术的无月经异常的妇女32例为对照组,研究组分别与术前月经第3-7天、术后18个月确定为卵泡期时,采静脉血进行血清血测定:FSH、LH、E2的含量,并在术前、术后18个月测定髋部的骨密度(BMD)与对照组比较。结果研究组与对照组比较,FSH、LH、E2、BMD差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜电切术对患者近期卵巢功能及骨密度无明显影响,是一种安全的、优先选择的治疗月经过多的微创手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the effect of transcervical resectrion of endometrium(TCRE)on ovarian function and bone mineral density ( BMD). [ Methods ] 52 women who were amenorrhea for 3 months after TCRE were chose as study group, and 32 women whose menstrual cycle was regular as control group. The level of FSH, LHE, E2 and the BMD of all the women in menstrual cycle both before and after TCRE were observed. [Results] There were no significant difference on the level of FSH, LHE, E2 between these two group (P >0. 05). And in the study group, which was by 1. 58%. They were not significantly different dither (P > 0. 05). [Conclusions] TCRE will neither influent the ovarian function, nor reduce the BMD of the patients in the short time. So it can be employed as a safer minimal access operation for menorrhagia.更多还原
