【摘要】 目的探讨前列腺增生(BPH)治疗的有效方法。方法联合应用经尿道前列腺电汽化术(TUVP)与经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗BPH患者75例。结果住院时间4～13 d,平均6 d。术后随访3～28个月,与术前相比,IPSS、Qmax、QOL均有明显改善。本组无死亡病例,无经尿道前列腺电切综合征(TURS)发生。结论TUVP联合TURP应用于BPH,易掌握、安全、创伤小、疗效好。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To research an available operation method of the benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH). [Methods] 75 symptomatic BPH patients were treated by united use of transurethral electrovaporization of prostate (TUVP) and transurethral resection of prostate(TURP) . [Results] Postoperative hospital stay was 6 days. The patients had been followed up at 3 and 28 months. IPSS, Qmax and QOL were obviously improved than preoperation. [Conclusions] The united use of TUVP and TURP is easier to grasp, less invasive to the patients, and the precedureis safe and effective method for the treatment of BPH.更多还原
