【摘要】 目的研究、探讨黄韧带骨化的病因。方法在对骨化患者手术切除的标本进行普通病理观察的同时,采用免疫组化的方法研究骨形成蛋白(BMP)在骨化黄韧带中的定位。结果未骨化黄韧带中血管及胶原增生显著;BMP在未骨化区域的软骨细胞中及靠近软骨区附近的少量成纤维样细胞中呈现阳性表现,亦在小血管周围未分化间充质细胞及其移行分化的软骨细胞胞浆中呈现阳性表现。结论骨化初期韧带申血管增生及骨形成蛋白在黄韧带骨化过程中起有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To study the etiology of the ossification of the yellow ligament (OYL) METHODS Pathological observation of OYL and Immunohistochemical localization of bone morphorgenetic protein in OLF was examined using surgical spicimens of yellow ligament from patients. RESULTS Proliferations of small blood vessels were found in the unossified liga-mental tissue; bone morphorgenetic protein was present in chondrocytes of adjacent cartilaginous areas of ossification and fibroblast - ike cells in the vicinity of the cartilaginous areas in OYL, and also in mesenchymal cells and chondrocytes around proliferating small blood vessels. CONCLUSION Proliferations of small blood vessels and bone morphorgenetic protein may play an important role in the ossification of the yellow ligament .更多还原
