【摘要】 目的探讨转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在脑梗死的发病过程中所起的作用及临床意义。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对30例急性脑梗死患者在起病后一天、三天、七天、十四天连续检测TGF-β1浓度.结果TGF-β1浓度在起病后一天、三天、七天明显低于对照组(P<0.01),至十四天则接近正常水平。血清TGF-β1浓度与梗死面积大小、神经功能受损程度无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论TGF-β1与脑梗死的病理生理过程密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the function and clinical significance of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Serum levels of TGF-β1 were serially measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method In 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction, Result The level of serum TGF-β1 was significantly decreased at day 1,day3 and day 7 (P<0.01) ,and then tended to return toward the control value at day 14(P>0.05).The level of serum TGF-β1 was no correlation with the infart sizes and the degree of defect in neural function. Conlution TGF-Bl takes important role in the pathophysiology of cerebroal infarction.更多还原
