【摘要】 目的探讨冠心病载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因型与超敏CRP(HsCRP)及胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(TC/HDL—C)比值的相关性。方法采用Multi-ARMS快速分型法检测105例冠心病患者及110例正常健康体检者ApoE基因型,同时测定其总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、HsCRP、载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)的浓度,并计算TC/HDL-C比值。结论冠心病组ε4等位基因频率、HSCRP和TC/HDL-C均高于对照组,三者联合检测,可进一步预测将来发生冠状动脉综合征的危险性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim Study on the Association between Polymorphism of Apolipoprotein E and HsCRP In Coronary heart disease Methods Polymorphisms of aopE gene were rapidly detected by Multi - ARMS. Results Comparied with control group, the distribution of apoE3 allele, s frequencies was significantly decreased ( P < 0. 01 ) , but apoE4 alleleallele, s frequencies increased (P < 0.01) in Coronary heart disease group.
