春小麦籽粒形成过程中矿质元素及维生素变化规律的研究

【摘要】 以内蒙古农业大学教学农场为试验地点,以永良4号为试验材料,采用田间试验、化学分析、生物统计相结合的方法,研究了春小麦籽粒形成过程中矿质元素、维生素的含量及累积量的变化情况。结果表明:春小麦籽粒形成过程中,矿质营养元素钾、钙、锌、铁含量都是随着籽粒的形成逐步降低,而磷是先降低后升高;VB1、VB2、VE 在籽粒中的含量整体上呈下降的趋势。春小麦籽粒形成过程中,矿质元素磷、钙、锌、铁在籽粒中的累积量是升高的。而钾是先升高后降低,但总体上升高。VB1、VB2和 VE 的累积量在整个籽粒形成过程中升高。
【Abstract】 using the methods of field experiment,chemical analysis and biological statistics,we studied the content and accumulation’s changing regularity of mineral element and vitamin during the whole growth periods of spring wheat.The result indicates that the content of potassium,calcium,zinc,iron are decline gradually with the growth of spring wheat,the level of phosphorus decreases firstly followed by increasing tendency;and the content of VB1,VB2,VE show declined tendency in total.During the seed development stage,the accumulation of phosphorus,calcium,zinc,iron are increase;the accumulation of potassium is rises firstly followed by decreases, but growth in the whole development;and the level of VB1,VB2 and VE increase also.
