培养学生创新能力的电量测试系统实验平台的探索研究

【摘要】 为了培养学生创新能力,适应现代测试技术课程实验教学改革的要求,建立了电量测试系统实验平台。该平台由传感器、调理电路、数据采集卡和计算机等硬件组成。学生通过网络的虚拟样机进行自主学习,熟悉电量测试系统的工作原理和操作过程,在实际平台上进行自主训练、自主设计、自主提高等实验模块的训练。自主训练包括对电量参数的认知、调理电路的建立和虚拟仪器技术的基本训练,即在软件平台上进行数据采集卡的驱动和对测量值进行转换与显示;自主设计主要是对电量测试系统的软、硬件模块进行设计与检验;自主提高包括相关和FFT软件算法模块的设计、调理电路的改进以及测试系统静态性能的评价等。

【Abstract】 An experimental platform of the electricity-testing system is constructed for cultivating students’ Innovation ability and meeting the requirements of the modern electricity-testing course teaching. This platform is composed of sensors,conditioning circuits,data acquisition cards and other hardware components such as computers.Students can carry on self-study through the network of virtual prototype,and get familiar with the principles of the electricity-testing system and the operation process.In addition,the experiments such as independent training,independent design and independent improvement are also available on this platform.The independent training module includes the recognition of the electricity parameter and the construction of conditioning circuits as well as the basic training of virtual instrument technology,that is,the drive for the data acquisition card and the conversion and display of the acquired data on the software platform. The independent design module is mainly focused on the design and the verification of the software module and the hardware module within the electricity-testing system.The independent improvement module is comprises of the design of the FFT software algorithm module,the improvement of conditioning circuits,and the evaluation of the performance of the static testing system.
