【摘要】 通过研读蒙医学经典医籍、文献,结合现今蒙医学对过敏性紫癜的研究情况,在本文中论述了蒙医学对过敏性紫癜的病因、病性、病位诊断的新认识,并探讨了其发生发展规律、蒙药治疗研究及蒙西医结合研究现状,在此基础上认为AP是属于蒙医学“六基症”之一“血症”范畴的疾病,是血希日热性疾病,因其本质特性、血希日热主要落于血管而累及皮肤、肾、胃肠、关节、肝、心、肺等脏器而引起的全身性疾病;以蒙医整体观理论为指导,采取调理体素、清除血希日热、锁脉窍止血治疗方法,给予新红花—8味丸等蒙医药治疗有其独特的治疗特点和显著的临床疗效,并且蒙医药治疗、蒙西医结合治疗临床疗效比单纯西药治疗要好,且副作用少,复发率低。然而目前缺乏系统的理论认识和临床治疗方案,缺乏基础与临床研究等观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper illustrated the new diagnostic realization of pathogenesis, sickness quality,sickness position consoci-ating the research of modern Mongolian medicine for patients with the syndrome of allergic purpura, after we had leaded lots of ancient classical books and literature of Mongolian medicine, it also approached the regularity of genesis and development , present situation of Mongolian medicine integrating western medicine. We considered that allergic purpura belonged to "liujizheng" and "xuezheng" and was a type of "xuexirirexing" illness.Because "xuexirirexing" illness was ra-soactive and systematic , it also effect human skin,kidney,gastrointestinal tract,joint,liver,heart,lung and so on. We took the theory which viewed human body as the unity as instruction, adjusted "tisu", cleaned out "xuexirire", blockaded "maiqiao",and exerted hemostasis etc. We used Mongolian medicine for example"xinhonghua - 8weiwan"and gained evident treatment effectiveness. Mongolian medicine treatment or Mongolian medicine integrating western medicine treatment compared favorably with simplicial western medicine treatment , its side effect was little,its rate of relapse is low,but it was scant of systematic theory realization clinical treatment draft and viewpoint of clinic and understructure.更多还原
