【Abstract】 The concentration of flavonoids in Ocimum basilicum L . was determined with ultraviolet spectropho-tometry, the detective wavelength was 357nm, the R of standard curve was 0.9995 and the relative standard deviation was 1.09 % with the average recovery of 101. 3 % . The result showed that the rate of veracity of this method was high and this provided the determination of Ocimum flavonoids of pharmacognostic and finished products a feasible method.更多还原
