【摘要】 目的:测定新疆阿克苏地区阿瓦提县民间以葡萄为原料,通过发酵酿造而成的木赛莱斯酒(Musallas)中花青素的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定不同批次木赛莱斯酒中花青素的含量。结果:应用本法测定,回收率=96．04％,RSD=1．72％ (n=5)。结论:方法简便,结果准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective :To determined quantity anthocyanidin in vine of Musallas which it was brewed with the grape growing in Awat of Aksu in xinjian Method : UV Spectrophotometry was used for the quantity control of the anthocyanidin which was produced in different batches. Result:The method gave the average recovery rate of 96.04±1.72% with the relative standard derivative (RSD)of 1.72% .Conclusion:The method was simple and accurate.更多还原
