电牵引采煤机用开关磁阻电机的研制

【摘要】 介绍一种采用1140V直接供电的开关磁阻电机调速系统,不仅满足电牵引采煤机的技术性能,还可节省机载的1140V/380V变压器,简化结构,提高可靠性。实际应用证明该设计方案非常适合采煤机的使用要求。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the application of switched reluctance drive(SRD)which is directly powered by 1140V. With it, not only the technical performance of electrical haulage shearer is satisfied, but also the 1140V/380 transformer can be spared. The practical application of SRD proves that it has simplified structure and improved reliability, and the design meets the requirement for the application of shearers.
