转基因抗虫棉基施氮磷钾肥的干物质积累和产量效应研究

【摘要】 采用基施化肥的方法,对K肥单施及与NP配施对转基因抗虫棉的产量效应、源器官发育和干物质积累进行了研究。结果表明,关中棉区抗虫棉施K及K与NP配施具有增源扩库的双重效应,促进早熟,增产显著。干物质积累提高20.8%~46.4%,10月10日前皮棉产量提高15.5%~32.3%,总产增加8.4%~19.0%。施肥后棉花产量性状、棉铃经济性状、棉纤维品质变优,以NPK配施效果最好。在本棉区土壤肥力及生产水平下,应重视基施化肥,实施“稳N增P增K”的平衡施肥策略。
【Abstract】 The effect of potassium fertilizer which was singly applied or together with phosphate and nitrogen on resources organ development, dry matter accumulation and yield of transgenic pest-resistant cotton was studied by the method of base fertilizer application. The experimental results showed that base NPK fertilizer has double effect to increase resources and to expand sink. At cotton belt in middle of shaanxi province the maturity was earlier and yield was increased with K or NK、PK、NPK application, by 15.5%~32.3% in harvest before 10 Oct., 8.4%~19.0% in total yield and dry matter accumulation increase by 20.8%~46.4%. When fertilizer was applied, the yield compose, boll economic characteristic and fiber quality became better, the best treatment was N、P、K all applied. According to the soil fertility and productivity level in this region, the base fertilizer, N、P、K should be applied proportionally.
