棉花新诱导的胚性愈伤组织快速分化胚状体研究

【摘要】 实验从激素、氮源等方面研究,最终认为氮源配比不合适是主要诱因,与KT、6-BA、IAA等激素关系不明显;经过对MS培养基的改良,一次继代就可以获得绿色胚状体,从而缩短了组织培养周期近2个月。
【Abstract】 In cotton tissue culture, normal green embryoid obtained difficultly after 3 or 4 times subcultures because the callus usually turned brown in the subculture from EC to embryoid. The brown-turning was mainly result from the improper ratio of nitrogen after our researches on hormones, nitrogen resource, etc. It was also indicated that the content of KT,6-BA and IAA had no significant effect on embryo tissue brown-turning, the normal green embryoid was produced only by once subculture after improvement of MS culture medium, shorten its cycle about two months.
