不同类型陆地棉品种在南疆生长发育的表现研究

【摘要】 比较了杂交种、转基因抗虫品种、常规陆地棉品种共9个品种在南疆生长发育的表现,结果表明:转基因品种苗期株高增长速度快,转基因品种和常规种蕾期株高增长平稳,而杂交种增长快速;杂交种蕾期现蕾量较常规种和转基因品种多,杂交种和常规种铃期有效铃数波动较大,转基因棉品种铃期有效铃数较稳定,不易脱落;杂交种蕾期的净光合速率高于常规种和转基因品种,杂交种的净光合速率的高峰值出现在初花期,而常规种和转基因品种净光合速率的峰值出现在盛花期。
【Abstract】 Growth performance of the hybrid,transgenic insect-resistant variety and conventional cotton variety and so on nine varieties in the southern of XinJiang province were studied.The re- sults showed:transgenic variety grows fast in stage of seedling,transgenic and conventional variety grow steadily in bud stage,and the hybrid grows rapidly;the bud quantity of hybrids in bud stage is bigger than that of conventional variety and transgenic variety,the effective number of carpogoni- um of hybrid and conventional variety fluctuate greatly,and the effective number of carpogonium of transgenic variety is steady,not easily fall off;the net photosynthetic rate of hybrid in bud stage is higher than that of the conventional variety and transgenic variety,the peak value of the net photo- synthetic rate of hybrid occurs in the early flowering period,and the peak value of the net photosyn- thetic rate of conventional variety and transgenic variety occurs in the peak flowering period.
