水分胁迫对新研9648幼苗生长及叶片POD的影响

【摘要】 干旱已成为我国棉花生产的重要限制因素。棉花品种新研9648因轧花后棉子无短绒而成为棉花育种上的重大突破。为了探讨水分对其幼苗生长的影响,采用相对含水量分别为85%~90%, 70%~80%(CK),60%~70%,40%~50%,30%~40%五个水平培养幼苗。在统计株高、发病率的基础上,结合聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳法测定幼苗子叶 POD 的方法研究了水分胁迫对新研9648的影响。结果表明:浸涝胁迫条件下新研9648棉花幼苗前期生长速度较快,后期生长缓慢,并且发病率高;而干旱条件对其生长有抑制作用,并且随着干旱胁迫程度的加强,抑制作用愈明显,但是发病率呈降低趋势;随着干旱胁迫程度的加强 POD 同工酶谱带的颜色的深浅和条数均有变化;在轻度中度干旱胁迫和浸涝胁迫下 POD 同工酶活性增加。而随着胁迫时间的延长,谱带的变化不明显。

【Abstract】 The drought disaster became the most important limiting factor in cotton production. New cotton variety Xinyan 9648 became an important breakthough of cotton breeding as the seeds had no cotton linter after the cotton ginning process.In order to discuss the effects of water adversi- ty to seeding growth,the experiment used five levels of relative soil water content(30%~40%, 40%~50%,60%~70%,70%~80%(CK),85%~90%)to cultivate seedlings.On the basic of plant height and Incidence Rate statistics,the effects of water adversity to Xinyan 9648 with tested Peroxidase isoenzyme of seedling leaves by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method were ana- lysed.The results showed that the seedlings were growed quicker in the early period under water stress,but growed very slow in the later period with high disease incidence.Drought condition has the inhibiting effects to growth,and the more seriously the drought stress was,the better the in- hibiting effects would be;but disease incidence showed a decreasing trend.The depth and bands of Peroxidase isoenzyme zymograms have different changes with the more seriously drought stress. Peroxidase isoenzyme activities increased under mild and moderate drought stress and water stress, but the zymograms had no remarkable change with the stress time lengthrned.
