转基因抗虫杂交棉不同世代产量优势比较
Comparison of Yield of Different Generations of Transgenic Bt Hybrid Cotton

【摘要】 2002-2004年,以转基因抗虫棉农杂62,H16,H64的F1,F2,F3为材料,比较了杂种后代的产量优势。结果表明,F1平均皮棉总产量为1296.30 kg·hm-2,比对照泗棉3号增产214.38 kg·hm-2,平均竞争优势为19.81%;F2平均皮棉产量为1168.65 kg·hm-2,比对照增产86.73 kg·hm-2,平均竞争优势为8.01%;F3平均皮棉产量为1117.65kg·hm-2,比对照增产35.73 kg·hm-2,平均竞争优势为 3.30%。F1竞争优势最大,其次为F2,F3。F2,F3的衰退率与竞争优势一致,平均优势衰退分别下降了12.59百分点和17.62百分点。在试验材料中,农杂62的产量最高,F1竞争优势大,而其F2,F3衰退率也最大;H16的产量最低,F1竞争优势最小,而其F2,F3衰退率也最小。在产量构成主要因素中, 成铃数与产量的相关系数最大,为0.86962,其次是铃重和衣分,相关系数分别为0.73410和0.54273; F1,F2,F3成铃数与产量的相关系数分别为0.87080,0.84119,0.13814,表明杂种的结铃优势强。
【Abstract】 The study was conducted to compare with yield variances in F1 and F2 and F3 in 2002-2004. 10 Cotton varieties(linese) were planted in the experimentation station of Hunan Agricultural University. Yield analysis showed that average lint yield of F1 was 1 296. 30 kg · hm-2, and increase by 214. 38 kg · hm-2 compared with CK and its average competitive dominancy was 19. 81% ; Average lint yield of F2 was 1168.65 kg · hm-2, increased by 86.73 kg · hm-2 compared with CK and its average competitive domain was 8.01% ; Average lint yield of F3 was 1 117. 65 kg · hm-2, increased 35. 73 kg · hm-2 compared with CK and its average competitive dominancy was 3. 30% . If F1 had higher competitive dominancy, so were F2 and F3 and yield decreasing rate of F2, F3 as well. The average yield decreasing rate of F2, F3 were 12.59% and 17.62% , respectively. Among experimental materials, the yield of Nong za-62F1 was highest, while with higher competitive dominancy. In contrast, the yield of H16 was lowest, while with lower competitive dominancy. Among components for yield factors, the primary factor impacting on yield was setting bolls , its correlation coefficient was 0. 86962; The second factor was boll weight, its correlation coefficient was 0.73410; The least factor was lint percent, its correlation coefficient was 0.54273. In addition, correlation coefficient of bolls of F1, F2, F3 were 0. 87080, 0. 84119 and 0. 13814 , respectively. This meant that hybrid had higher setting bolls percentage.
