棉花高光效育种方法探索

【摘要】 通过分析棉花高产育种思路与方法,借鉴其它作物高光效高产育种的成功经验,提出将棉花高光效株型育种与高光效功能育种有机整合,以提高棉花整体光合效能(光能截获和转化能力)为核心的高光效育种思路。在具体选育中可选择:合理株型(外在高光效)+高效光合(内部高光效)+杂种优势的技术路线。最后提出棉花高光效育种的生理指标。
【Abstract】 Photosynthesis is one of the most important factors in deciding the productivity of crops, because more than 90% of the crops dry weights come directly from photosynthesis. So, more and more scientists began to study the breeding for high photosynthetic efficiency (HPEB). In this study, the cotton means of HPEB learn from other crops, for example rice, wheat, soybean and etc. It always divided the cotton HPEB ways into many parts in the long team, but in this new way we should take "ideal type" , "high photosynthetic efficiency" hybrid breeding" as a whole concept. The aim of this new way is to improve the cotton’ s "integrated photosynthetic capacity". It lists some index of cotton HPEB. It suggests that through increasing the genetic expression of some C4 enzymes in cotton by traditional breeding or genetic engineering techniques new breakthroughs in increasing the photosynthetic efficiency of cotton may be practicable. At last, it believes that the cotton HPEB will have a bright prospect.
