稀土和H3BO3对棉花种子发芽耐冷性的影响
Effects of Ce(NO3)3 and H3BO3 on Cold Tolerance for Germination of Cotton Seed

【摘要】 不同组合的Ce(NO3)3和H3BO3对棉花种子处理,结果表明,适宜浓度的Ce(NO3)3和H3BO3能明显提高其在5℃时的种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、苗长,并降低其相对电导率,其中以15mg·L-1+0.20%H3BO3效果最佳。
【Abstract】 Treatments with different of Ce (NO3)3 and H3BO3 were conducted for the germination of cotton seed. Result showed that the suitable concentration of Ce(NO3)3 and H3BO3 could improve some characteristics in 5℃ such as germination percentage and index, vigour index, the length of seeding and relative conductance. Among all the treatment, the combination of 15 mg·L-1+0.20% H3BO3 had the best effect.
