【摘要】 在筛选棉花花粉萌发的液体培养基的基础上,研究了不同浓度的GA3对棉花花粉萌发的影响。结果表明:含40%蔗糖和100μg·ml-1硼酸溶液是最适宜于棉花花粉萌发的液体培养基,且含有2μg·ml-1GA3液体培养基更有利于棉花花粉的萌发和花粉管的伸长。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of Choosing liquid culture medium to activate the pollen of the cotton,the influence of different density GA₃ on the cotton pollen sprouting were studied the result shows that: the liquid culture medium with 40%cane sugar + 100 μg·ml^-1 boric acid solution is most suitable, and the liquid culture medium with 2 μg·ml^-1GA₃ can activate the pollen sprout and prolong the pollen pipe更多还原
