2004年全国棉花主栽品种苗期钾效率初步比较

【摘要】 采用营养液培养方法研究了50个2004年全国主栽棉花品种苗期钾效率的差异。试验结果表明:在钾胁迫条件下,各品种一叶期时以干物重表示的钾营养效率存在明显差异,变异系数为5.60;棉花苗期的钾营养效率与钾吸收效率关系比较密切,与钾利用效率关系不大;钾积累量与根系表面积没有显著的线性关系,暗示钾积累量高的品种根系不一定发达,其较强的钾吸收能力可能与根系活力较高有关;抗虫杂交棉的钾营养效率显著高于常规抗虫棉;转基因抗虫棉和非抗虫棉一叶期幼苗的钾营养效率没有显著性差异。

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted in greenhouse to investigate the difference of potassium efficiency among 50 dominant cotton cultivars in China under solution culture condition at seedling stage ,and mensurate overall potassium content,potassium utilization efficiency,root surface-acreage . While growing under K efficiency condition, the results showed that: 1.There was obvious difference in K efficiency indicated by dry matter accumulation among 50 dominant cotton cultivars in China at one-leaf stage; 2.K efficiency at one-leaf stage of cotton was related to uptake ability mainly; 3.There was not significant linear relativity between potassium accumulation and root surface, which suggested that big root was the sufficient condition and not the necessary condition for high K efficiency; 4. Hybrid cotton,especially transgenic Bt hybrid cotton was superior to conventional cotton and not Bt cotton in K efficiency; 5. There was no significant difference in K efficiency between transgenic Bt cotton and not Bt cotton.
