【Abstract】 Field research were conducted to investigate the effects of the mixture of DPC and DTA-6 on yield, fiber quality and seed characteristics of transgenic Bt cotton using NuCOTN99B and SGK321. The results showed that applying DPC only and mixture didn’t influence the fiber quality significantly, but increased seed weight slightly. As for yield, we got conclusion that yield of Bt cotton could been raised stably among years and cultivars by mixture of DPC and DTA-6 but not by applying DPC alone, which reflected the cooperation of DPC and DTA-6 in increasing yield of Bt cotton.更多还原
