抗虫杂交棉纤维品质性状的主成分分析

【摘要】 2003年,在湖南长沙、宁乡、南县、澧县以及安徽铜陵、江苏扬州、山东临清等7个地点,对包括对照中棉所29在内共37个抗虫杂交组合进行了纤维品质比较试验,并用Excel、DPS等专业统计软件对试验数据进行广义纤维品质性状、狭义纤维品质性状和育种纤维品质性状的主成分分析,结果表明:广义纤维品质性状的第一至第四主成分依次为:纤维长度与纺纱性能内在品质因子、影响品质的外在杂质因子、纤维外观色泽与强度因子和短粗纤维因子;狭义纤维品质性状的第一至第三主成分依次为:纤维长度与纺纱性能内在品质因子、影响纺纱性能的短粗纤维因子和伸长率因子;育种纤维品质性状的第一至第三主成分性状的排序为:长度因子,短粗纤维因子以及整齐度和伸长率因子;纤维品质的广义、狭义和育种性状的主成分分析结果基本一致,长度、短纤维指数、比强度和麦克隆值这四项指标代表了整个纤维品质70%以上的信息量,可以作为评价纤维整体品质的衡量指标和杂交棉优异品质组合选择的评价依据。

【Abstract】 The trial were conducted in seven ecological spots such as Changsha County, Ningxiang County, Nan Xian County, Lixian County of Hunan Province, Tongling City of Annuli Province, Yangzhou City of Jiangsu Province and Linqing City of Shandong Province in 2003, used 37 hybrid crosses including CK as studying materials, principal component analysis were carried though based on trial data of fiber quality characteristics recur to Excel and DPS, two kinds of professional statistical software. The results are as follows: The generalized fiber quality can be expressed by four principal components, separately called fiber length and spinning performance factor, impurity factor, strength and external color factor, these four principal components have an accumulated contribution rate of 80.2% in the generalized quality. The spinning and fiber length factor, the short-thick-strong fiber factor and the elongation rate factor, are the first three principal components of the narrow sense fiber quality, the accumulated variance contribution rate of these components is 86%. The first principal component of the breeding fiber quality is the fiber length factor, with a contribution rate of 43.1%, the second principal component is the short-thick-strong fiber factor, with an influence rate on the quality of 25.34% and the third principal component is the elongation rate and uniformity index factor, with a contribution rate of 15.04%, the accumulated variance contribution rate of the three principal components is 83.5%. The results of the above three principal components analysis are similar. The fiber length, short fiber index, strength and micronair represent more than 70% information of total cotton fiber quality, so they can be regarded as scale of estimating cotton fiber quality and selecting standard in cotton fiber quality breeding.
