结构鲁棒性与突发损伤后的风险控制
Structural Robustness and Risk Control of Structure under Accidental Damage

【摘要】 结构鲁棒性要求结构在突发损伤情况下,不致引起与此损伤不相称的破坏。本文主要探讨了结构鲁棒性的概念和指标以及在突发损伤风险控制中的意义。基于结构破坏的能量解释,文章提出以结构在特定安全水平下的消能能力的无量纲形式作为结构鲁棒性指标,并以简支梁为例作了说明。突发损伤后的风险控制要求结构具有鲁棒性,文章从四个方面讨论了加强结构鲁棒性的相关措施。最后,全文进行了总结。
【Abstract】 Structure should be robust so that in the event of an accidental damage the rest structure will not suffer damage disproportionate to the original cause. This article aims to discuss structural robustness, as well as its role in risk control for structure subjected to accidental damage. Structural failure is explained here using energy principle. A new quantitative measurement of structural robustness in which a dimensionless form of energy the structure dissipates/absorbs under specific levels of safety serves as robustness index is developed; then, it is illustrated with a simply-supported beam. Several means of enhancing structural robustness which plays a key role in structural risk control are presented.
