考虑叶根制造误差和失调影响的叶片-轮盘系统固有频率分析

【摘要】 考虑叶片变形的几何非线性和叶根接触非线性,研究了常用的枞树型叶根尺寸误差对叶片固有频率的影响;利用预应力分析方法研究离心力对失调叶片-轮盘系统振动的影响;利用概率分析方法,研究了所有叶片弹性模量在 5%误差范围内随机失调叶片-轮盘振动情况。分析结果表明叶根误差发生的位置对叶片弯曲振型的固有频率影响较大, 对扭转振型影响较小,误差的大小对叶片各阶固有频率影响均较小;离心力对失调叶片轮盘系统局部化振动有减弱作用;所有叶片弹性模量在5%误差范围的随机失调系统,其固有频率与非失调相差很小。

【Abstract】 A finite element model of a blade with fir shape root and its matched disc groove was constructed and then analyzed by taking account of large deformation of the blade and contact nonlinear in the root; the effect of centrifugal force to the mistuned blade-disc was investigated by three dimensional finite element analyses; the vibration characters of random mistuned blade-disc were also being investigated by probability methods. The results show that locations of the errors have significant influence on fundamental frequencies especially for bending modes of the blade. Magnitude of the error has almost no influence on frequencies. The centrifugal force reduces the localization; when the Young’s modulus of all blades is in the tolerance of 5%, the blade-disc can regarded as a cyclic symmetry system.
