【摘要】 耐久性问题给社会带来了越来越严重的经济负担,日益得到各国工程界和经济界的高度重视,本文在简单介绍混凝土结构耐久性及钢筋腐蚀问题的基础上,讨论了建设项目全寿命经济分析的方法及内容,提出了基于可靠性的费用分析方法和考虑耐久性的劣化混凝土结构可靠度评估框架,并讨论了提高建设项目长远经济目标的措施和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problems of construction durability bring more and more economic burden to the society. They are attached increasingly importance by engineering and economic realms. This paper briefly introduces the durability problems of reinforced concrete structures and reinforcement erosion, and discusses the methods and problems of life cycle cost analysis (LCCA) of construction project, and proposes the cost analysis methods based on probability and the framework of reliability assessment of deteriorating RC structure considering of the structural durability. The measurements and suggestions of enhancement of long-term economic objectives of construction projects are given out.更多还原
