湿喷聚丙烯纤维砼新型隧道锚喷支护结构分析

【摘要】 锚喷支护在隧道开挖后,直接利用喷锚体系,不仅作为隧道的支护结构,而且作为水久的衬砌结构,体现了新奥法充分发挥围岩的自承作用的主导思想。聚丙烯纤维混凝土具有较高的强度、良好的变形性能、施工方便快捷的优点,应用于隧道锚喷支护结构中可以有效地减薄支护结构厚度,提高成洞空间等诸多优点。以某铁路隧道湿喷聚丙烯纤维混凝土锚喷支护结构为工程背景,在充分考虑了聚丙烯纤维混凝土材料的特性基础上,采用局部变形理论对锚喷支护结构进行计算分析,得到支护结构的内力分布以及位移变形。分析结果表明:聚丙烯纤维混凝土锚喷支护结构具有良好的变形性能,可以有效地发挥围岩的抗力约束作用,支护结构处于弹性工作状态。

【Abstract】 The construction of the anchor-sprayed lining is after the tunnel excavation. The anchor-sprayed lining structure could serve as both the lining structure and the permanent support structure utilizing the lining structure bearing capacity and deformation capacity, which reflects the New Austrian Tunnel Method main idea of utilizing the rock self bearing capacity. The polypropylene reinforced concrete has good virtue of higher strength, excellent deformation behavior, and easy construction. The thickness of the tunnel lining structure could be decreased with the application of the polypropylene reinforced concrete for the tunnel anchor-sprayed lining structure. And the net tunnel space could be enlarged accordingly. As a case for study, a railway tunnel anchor-sprayed lining structure using the wet-sprayed polypropylene reinforced concrete is studied. The local deformation theory is used to analyze the force distribution and the displacement deformation of the lining structure with consideration of the polypropylene reinforced concrete material behavior. The analysis result shows that the current lining structure has more flexible deformation capacity and utilizes more resistance force from the rock while the current lining structure remains in elastic state.
