冷弯薄壁槽型钢腹板局部压屈的有限元模拟

【摘要】 腹板压屈是冷弯薄壁钢构件在横向集中荷载或支承反力作用下所发生的一种局部屈曲形式,也是导致其承载力丧失的主要原因。本文针对96年澳大利亚/新西兰规范和美国钢铁学会规范所规定的两种载荷工况EOF和IOF腹板压屈实验,进行了有限元模拟和极限承载力分析,表明有限元分析的极限承载力、局部变形形状、荷载—腹板变形曲线均与实验结果吻合良好。该有限元模型可作参数分析的基准模型。
【Abstract】 Web crippling is the main reason to result in the lost of the ultimate load-carrying capacity of cold-formed thin walled members. Based on series tests on the cold-formed channels subjected to web crippling under the two loading conditions of EOF and IOF suggested in the design specifications of Australian/New Zealand and American, finite element modeling and ultimate load-carrying capacity analysis were carried out. The finite element results demonstrated that the ultimate load-carrying capacity, web crippling modes and the load-web deformation curves agreed well with the tests. The validated finite element model can be served as the baseline model for an extensive parametric study of cross-section geometries.
