一种新的优化技术—混沌
A New Technique for Optimization—Chaos

【摘要】 作为一种普遍的非线性现象,混沌具有随机性、遍历性和内在规律性的特点,其中遍历性可作为搜索过程避免陷入局部极小的有效机制,由此混沌已成为一种新颖且有潜力的优化工具。此文首次综述了混沌优化方法的研究进展,包括混沌序列和混沌神经网络在组合优化和函数优化方面的应用与研究,并在分析混沌优化方法特点的基础上讨论了有待发展的若干研究课题。
【Abstract】 As a universal nonlinear phenomenon, chaos is of stochastic property, ergodic property and regular property, where ergodicity can be used as a kind of mechanism for optimization process to effectively avoid being trapped in local optimum, so that chaos has been a novel and promising tool for global optimization. In this paper, a survey on chaotic optimization methods is presented firstly, including applications and study on functional optimization and combinatorial optimization based on chaotic neural network and chaotic serial, and by analyzing the features of chaotic optimization methods some corresponding studies to be improved have been discussed.
