【摘要】 目的探讨精神障碍住院患者伴发躯体疾病的临床特点及诊治。方法对100例资料完整的精神障碍住院患者伴发躯体疾病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果100例精神障碍患者伴发的躯体疾病:消化系统49例,呼吸系统26例,循环及神经系统40例,泌尿系统4例,糖尿病5例;由于精神障碍的多种相关因素及患者的自我因素,致使躯体疾病常得不到及时诊断与治疗。结论精神科医师应重视精神障碍伴发躯体疾病的可能性,及时给予正确的诊断与治疗;精神病医院完善必要的内外科配套,能及时地、有效地解决精神障碍伴发躯体疾病的诊断与治疗问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of in-patients with mental disorder accompanying somatopathy. Methods Clinical data of 100 in-patients with mental disorder accompanying somatopathy were reviewed Results Among 100 in-patients,49 accompanied diseases of digestive system,26 respiratory system,40 circulatory and nervous system and 4 urinary system; somatopathy couldn’t diagnosed and treated in time because of multi-related factors of mental disorders and patients’ self-factors.
