【摘要】 本文针对自然场景下标志牌文本的提取问题作了深入的分析和科学的探讨,并且对自然场景图像中文本提取的算法进行优化改进,建立了相应的数学模型.同时考虑标志牌定位、标志牌文本和背景的分割以及文本提取的问题,最终通过应用 VC++设计出计算机软件对自然场景下标志牌文本进行了提取,并经过多幅图像的验证提取文本的速度快,准确性好.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes and discusses in detail the extraction question of sign-brand text in natural scene.Arithmetic extraction the text is ameliorated and optimized in natural scene image.Corresponding mathematical model is found.At the same time,we also think about the question of locating sign-brand and sign-text segmentation with background and text extraction.At last,we use VC++ to design computer software in order to extract the sign.text in natural scene and testify the nicer effect in rapidity and accuracy by multi-image test.更多还原
