人才租赁中介中心单类雇员最优控制模型及其动态规划算法

【摘要】 本文对人才租赁中心的人力计划问题进行了研究,考虑了在外部临时雇员的供给和企业需求都不确定的情况,基于获利期望值最大准则,以期望收益为目标函数、招聘和解聘为控制变量,提出了人才租赁中心单类雇员规模的线性整数系统上的最优控制问题的数学模型,模型中含有随机约束。首先将随机约束化为确定约束,使得原问题转变为一个确定性问题,分析了各阶段最优状态的范围,在此基础上给出了动态规划算法对问题进行求解,最后用仿真数据实例对算法进行了验证。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the issue of manpower planning in an employee leasing center. The center is engaged on the business of leasing its own employees and/or acting as an agent for employees outside the center. At first recruitment/dismissal factors are taken into account and optimal control models on integer Imear system are stochastically proposed. In the model there are stochastic constraints and the decision (control) in each period is the number of the employees that are recruited or dismissed by the center and the objective is to maximize the overall expected revenue of the center over planning horizon. Then the stochastic optimal control problems are transformed into the deterministic optimal control problems by transforming stochastic constraints into deterministic constraints. The limits of the states in each period are analyzed and the dynamic programming algorithm to find out optimal solutions to the problem is developed. Finally, the algorithm is verified and its efficiency with the simulating data case is illustrated.
