汽包水位过程高性能反馈控制系统的一种设计和实现方法

【摘要】 电厂锅炉汽包水位过程是典型的带有积分环节的非自衡对象,且过程本身存在着许多复杂的扰动和小确定因素。经典固定参数PI或PID控制器在控制此类积分过程时,在结构上存在局限性,且由于事先获得的对象模型将不精确,而表现为较差的控制性能。因此本文提出了基于自整定和模糊自校正技术的汽包水位积分过程高性能反馈控制系统设计和实现方法,以保证在复杂工况下该过程仍能满意地自动运行。而且这种新型控制方案对于过程控制中类似的含有积分环节的过程也是有效的。
【Abstract】 In power plants boiler drum water level process is a typical non-self-regulating (integrating) process with lots of disturbances and other uncertainties. Because of the structure limit of PI or PID controller with fixed parameters, its control performance will be poor based on the process model obtained beforehand when it is used to control such process. A high performance feedback control system design method is proposed for drum water level integrating process, by integrating fuzzy self-tuning with relay feedback auto-tuning technique. This will ensure the process to run well in complex operating conditions. This novel scheme is effective in other process control systems with integrating process.
