低压断路器新型可通信智能控制器研究

【摘要】 智能控制器是低压断路器智能化的核心控制单元,本文首先阐述了智能控制器的工作与设计原理,然后为实现其可通信和智能化等功能,研制了一种新型的基于CAN总线的智能控制器,包括CAN节点的软硬件设计及上位机监控软件设计等。CAN节点硬件采用80C196KC外加SJA1000和82C250的典型配置,发送与接收等程序采用96汇编语言编写;上位机监控软件采用VB6.0作为开发工具。实验结果表明,智能控制器采用CAN通讯方式,不但通讯效果较好,而且易于实现,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Intelligent controller is the central control unit of low-voltage circuit breaker. In order to realize its communication and intelligent function, the paper researches a kind of new intelligent controller based on CAN fieldbus, which include the design of both hardware and software of CAN node as well as upper-supervision software. The hardware of CAN node typically consists of microcontroller chip 80C196KC,CAN controller SJA1000 and CAN trans-receiver 82C250, programs for transfer and receive are written in MCS-96 assembler language. Upper-supervision software takes VB6.0 as development tool. It has been proved that the design in the paper not only works well, but also easy for realization, has its bright future for application.
