一类不确定线性中立系统的观测器设计与镇定

【摘要】 讨论了一类非线性扰动中立系统的观测器的设计与镇定问题。首先建立了一个时滞独立型稳定性准则, 基于LMI正定解的存在性,给出确保误差动力系统渐近稳定的充分条件及经状态反馈而达到镇定的设计方案。
【Abstract】 The observer design and the problem of observer-based stabilization are solved for linear neutral delay system with nonlinear perturbations. Firstly, a delay-independent stability criterion is presented in terms of a feasibility positive definite solution to a linear matrix inequality. Secondly, an LMI-based observer design for the estimation error dynamics is developed. The last problem aims at the observer-based stabilization of the neutral delay systems which is solved by the solvability of two matrix inequalities.
