溶剂脱水塔过程的先进控制系统
Advanced process control and its application on the solvent dehydration tower

【摘要】 针对溶剂脱水塔过程存在的滞后大、动态响应慢、非线性严重、回路间关联性强等控制难点,使用多变量预测控制软件包APC-Hiecon设计了多变量预测控制器,并在溶剂脱水塔上实际应用,极大提高了生产操作平稳度和降低了塔顶醋酸含量,取得良好的控制效果和显著的经济效益。
【Abstract】 Multivariable predictive control strategies with the help of software package of APC-Hiecon are applied to control a solvent dehydration tower (SDT). A controller is designed to help solve the problems such as time-delay , slow dynamic response, strong nonlinearity and the cross effects in the running process of the tower. The stability of SDT is improved evidently after the application of the controller. The actual control result shows a visible reduction of the cost of HAc and a subsequent distinct economical profit.
