基于模糊推理的加热炉炉管安全状况评估方法

【摘要】 加热炉炉管的安全评估方法有两种,分别适合于两类不同的腐蚀形态,但实际上这两类不同的腐蚀形态往往同时发生。本文在分析了两类腐蚀形态特点的基础上,提出了一种基于模糊推理的综合方法,将两种独立的评估方法有机地结合起来,从而给出更为客观的炉管安全评估结果。
【Abstract】 There are two kinds of safety estimation methods for heater tube, respectively fit for two different corrosion forms. However in fact these two different corrosion forms often happen at the same time. In this present paper, after comparing characteristics of two different corrosion forms, a comprehensive method with fuzzy reasoning is put forward, which supplies more objective estimation results through combining two independent estimation methods.
