【Abstract】 Without appropriate cause analysis process,many organizations don’t know how to prevent defect.As a result,some defects or problems occur repeatedly and the opportunities to prevent severe problems are missed which can cause heavy loss to the enterprises.Therefore,a cause analysis process framework composed of seven acitivities that are easy to accomplish is presented and how Pareto analysis and cause effect diagram ananlysis are used in this framework is introduced.Finally,the DAMIC method of six sigma is discusses.更多还原
