【摘要】 针对目前存在的网络计费策略无法动态反映系统资源使用状况的问题,将资源占有率引入价格函数,提出一种基于实时调控计费管理系统,并且根据资源占有率划分了3个区域来构造不同的价格函数．可以根据网络使用状况及时调整价格函数,促进了网络的合理分配．最后通过计费管理系统在功能上实现了所提出的价格策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The existence charge strategy of network is unable to reflect the usage state of network dynamically. Aiming at this problem, it introduces an accounting management system based on real-time control, the resource occupancy percentage is imported into the pricing function, and three extents are plotted out to construct different pricing function based on the resource occupancy percentage, then the network can adjust pricing function in time. The strategy promotes the network’s distribution in reason. The pricing strategy is implemented on the function by the accounting manage system.更多还原
