环境质量综合评价的改进理想区间法

【摘要】 为合理描述区域环境质量评价指标与质量等级之间复杂的非线性关系,提出了基于加速遗传算法的改进理想区间法.该方法由评价标准样本数据驱动,利用全部隶属度值信息计算相对环境质量等级值.将其作为环境质量综合评价结果,避免了应用最大隶属原则进行判断可能造成的失真,提高了评价的精度.所提出的方法直观、简便、通用,在系统综合评价中具有推广应用价值.
【Abstract】 An improved ideal interval method (HIM) based on accelerating genetic algorithm is presented for describing the complex and nonlinear relation between environmental quality indexes and environmental quality grades. IIIM is directly driven by example series produced from evaluation criterion,and environmental quality relative grades can be computed by using all membership degrees information, which can avoid distorting when the principle of maximum membership degree is used and can elevate precision of comprehensive evaluation. HIM is visual, handy and universal, which can widely be applied to system comprehensive evaluation.
